Leading at the intersection of care, quality, and innovation

Building the future of healthcare delivery—where technology, quality, and compassion converge.

Hi, I’m Lisa.

First and foremost, I’m a nurse — and keeping the patient at the center of all that I do has guided every step of my career. Since 2009, I’ve worked across the realities of healthcare—at the bedside, in patient homes and communities, with interdisciplinary teams, and within a national virtual care organization.

As my career grew, I found myself drawn to the bigger picture: the systems, workflows, and decisions that shape how care is delivered. I learned that the best solutions come from stepping back, seeing the whole landscape, and designing something that lasts. I create order, direction, and momentum—whether I’m improving a workflow, elevating quality, or building a model for the future.

And I do it with a blend of clinical judgment, operational discipline, and genuine care for the people at the center of it all.

What I Bring

My experience spans hands-on nursing, home-based primary care, hospice and end-of-life support, interdisciplinary team leadership, practice operations, quality oversight, compliance, and strategic program design. This full-continuum view gives me a rare perspective on how care actually works—and what it takes to improve it meaningfully.

Because I’ve walked alongside patients and families during their most vulnerable moments and worked within the operational and strategic layers of organizations, I build solutions that are compassionate, grounded, and actionable.

People describe me as clear, steady, and grounded. I can step into complexity, understand what matters, and bring alignment and direction to teams working toward a shared goal.

My areas of focus include:

  • Quality & Clinical Excellence

  • Compliance & Risk Leadership

  • Operational Strategy & Practice Operations

  • Home-Based Primary Care

  • Hospice & End-of-Life Care

  • Digital Health & Responsible Innovation

  • Clinician-Led Program Development

I bring high standards, empathy, and a practical understanding of how healthcare truly works.

How I Think

I’m a builder and a systems thinker. I look at the full picture — the clinical realities, the operational constraints, the people doing the work, and the processes holding everything together — and I align them with intention.

I lead with:

  • Human-first care

  • Strong clinical judgment

  • Scalable and thoughtful structure

  • Transparent, calm leadership

  • Data-informed decision making

  • High standards grounded in real empathy

Healthcare can feel chaotic. I bring clarity, direction, and stability so teams can move with purpose.

Where I Started

I became a nurse in 2009 because I believed in showing up for people in real moments of need. My earliest experience — from acute care to hospice and home-based primary care — shaped my leadership more than any title ever has.

I learned to listen deeply.
I learned what families need when things are uncertain.
I learned how to recognize when a system is supporting someone — and when it’s failing them.

Those lessons still guide the decisions I make today, whether I’m designing a quality model, supporting teams, or advising on organizational strategy.

Where I’m Going

I’m earning my MBA to expand my strategic range — to lead at a higher level, make sharper decisions, and build what comes next with intention. I know I’m capable of leading on a broader stage, and I want the strategic foundation to create the businesses, solutions, and opportunities I’ve envisioned for years.

I’m laying the groundwork for work that includes:

  • launching new models in healthcare and wellness

  • advising organizations through growth and innovation

  • building highly operational, high-impact ventures

  • supporting and investing in women and underrepresented leaders

I’m a visionary with a plan, and I’m actively building what comes next.

Behind the Work

Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with those that I love — especially outdoors. I love running, hiking, exploring, and finding the kind of quiet that helps me think clearly. I’m committed to becoming the best version of myself physically, mentally, and professionally.

I believe deeply in self-investment and reinvention. I’ve rebuilt myself more than once, and every chapter has strengthened my sense of purpose, clarity, and direction. I bring that same energy into my leadership and into the way I build systems, teams, and businesses.

If you’re here to connect or collaborate, I’d love to talk.

Whether you’re building a healthcare model, leading change, or exploring what’s next—I’m always open to meaningful conversations.
